Fighting wrinkles: how to form, types and cosmetic remedies

Skin care, by admin.

The wrinkles are not only external signs of microscopic changes that occur in the skin and the dermis.  Lead in practice to a greater rigidity of the skin, loss of elasticity and turgidity by tissue.  If we want to use more scientific terms we can say that the wrinkles are the result of an overall skin atrophy and degeneration of elastic tissue.  The skin is an organ and all other organs of the human body undergo a process of aging.
A process in part physiological and partly driven by external factors such as the sun, the light, smog and all forms of pollution which leads to what is called elastosis: a loss of elastic tissue deep.  There are many, then, the factors leading to the formation of the wrinkle.  There is a natural aging (physiological) attributable the inexorable spend the years.  There is the photo aging, the damage caused by the sun and light and UVA lamps.  Finally, there is the force of gravity, the same force that keeps us stuck to the ground. How can affect facial wrinkles? It’s simple; when the skin becomes “flaccid” tissue tends to fall down.  There are 4 main groups of wrinkles.
1. There are wrinkles or linear expression ‘the provision is characterized by the type of contraction as the muscles of the face mimic.
2. Glifiche wrinkles, typical of those who have taken too much sun and damaged her skin.
3. The wrinkles or ‘folds sleep’ due to the fact that when you sleep the face can take positions that will crush a part rather than another.
4. Finally, the ripples, small roughest giving appearance gringos to the skin when there is no network of thin elastic fiber which is directly below the epidermis.
Free radicals are toxic substances that are formed in the intermediate processes of our metabolism and, when they accumulate, adversely affect the entire body, promoting the process of aging.  So the formation of wrinkles.  But there are substances that, acting from within, they are fighting the destructive effect.  Integrators that are contengonoun valuable amino acid (lysine) constituent of elastin: a kind of brick that supports the dermis, which is to be the elasticity and tone the skin.
O integrators based molecules antioxidants such as Beta carotene, vitamin C, zinc, selenium. Aid, but the signs of time can be managed well the first treating skin hydration, nourishing with specific products.  Avoid, where possible, using any stress and day creams containing sunscreens, vitamins and substances with antioxidant activity (vitamin E, retinol, vitamin C, coenzyme Q10, etc..), Especially if you live in polluted environments or are frequently exposed to the sun (or UV lamps).
Other treatments, particularly useful for thick skins, contain alpha-hydroxyacids, substances used in the smoothing action (exfoliating) and moisturizing.  And there are many people in our country, working and worry about wrinkles: five million Italians, men and women who habitually resort to anti-wrinkle treatment of various types, serums, creams to being treated “to poison” to get more and more surgery.
They are young people who want to prevent or remove in time the appearance of odiosissimi “furrows.”  And I am especially ultra forties that, with the loss of physiological collagen, feel the need to firming products that have as their target the “scaffolding” to support the dermis, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin and hyaluronic acid making.
The observance of a proper way of life (sports, exposure to the sun in moderation, to follow a correct) is a very important role in slowing the aging of the skin especially the face which is adjusted for all the genetic code.
