It is a day like any other.  You wake up after having slept a fair number of hours the night before you clean your face and you’ve carefully laid out the night cream.  Yet, even if there are new wrinkles, the mirror tells you that something is wrong…
You’ve already tried this feeling?  Then it is time to know better what is good for your skin and especially the many factors that contribute to its beauty … I passed the age of imperfections such as pimples and points blacks, begins that of redness, dark spots, the awards eye and more enemies to fight and know why this can only be countered!First of all, you do not panic: the skin is the mirror of wellness and inner vitality and perhaps ultimately you are a little neglected.  The beauty of the skin, it affects not only aging but also nutrition, lifestyle and the products you use to protect it and make it active every day.

Cut the time to do sport because, in addition to keeping your body in shape, physical activity activates the metabolism and every cell of your body (not counting that removes the stress which is one of the contributory causes of skin off!).
Finally, by far the ‘hygiene of the face because the lack of cleanliness is one of the main factors of skin aging.  Skin cells, in fact, are added to the dirt and sebum hindered cellular exchanges are essential to maintain a cycle of renewal.  So much time devoted to cleaning and morning to night, with a cleansing milk and tonic adequate.  And finally, of course, always apply a treatment eyes and face (day-night) most suited to your skin type.
With this little “work plan” you’ll see your face flourishing day by day.
