The dentist that should do the therapy should be a specialized. Gums should be diagnose for any disease using various apparatus. Also the dentist should ask the patient carefully regarding their oral hygiene to better investigate the cause and solution to the disease. Then examine the mouth using a special tool bag. 3 millimiters depth of the pocket is considered normal, rather than 4 which is dangerous to the tooth out.

Consult your specialist immidetely if you see signs of periodontitis to avoid further infection.

The researchers say that the products contain carbamide peroxide as a bleaching agent are biologically reliable, leaving the enamel (observed in scanning electron microscope) with intact and smooth surfaces.
Based on these data, the Food and Drug Administration has classified carbamide peroxide as “cosmetic agent”, by limiting the requests for testing and the use of a load of products containing it. This idea of the substantial safety of this substance for dental use. Under the supervision of an experienced dentist tooth bleaching gel with a basis of carbamide peroxide is safe and effective cosmetic treatment that can improve the aesthetics of the smile.

Sugar and caries Caries is nothing but an infection caused by certain microorganisms that populate the oral cavity. As the...

Sugar and caries
Caries is nothing but an infection caused by certain microorganisms that populate the oral cavity.
As the development and proliferation of these bacteria is favored by the residues of food that remain in the interstices between the teeth, it is important to assign a proper oral hygiene adequate.
To figure out which foods are permitted and those to be consumed in moderation must first have in mind the formation mechanism of caries:
The bacteria live in colonies located on the outer wall of the teeth, forming the so-called plaque. Like all living organisms including bacteria need food to survive. For this reason, find fertile ground in the food wastes that remain between the teeth.
In particular nutrients for the bacteria are the sugars that are used and converted into lactic acid, a waste product that can erode the enamel and cause dental caries.
Food sugars therefore have a crucial role in the formation of cavities. The higher the retention of these foods in the oral cavity, the greater the risk of developing this disease.
Starting from these two key considerations can draw a set of rules that food is well respected:
Limit the consumption of sugar: more cryogenic sugars are the simple ones, such as sucrose, glucose and the derivatives industry. However, it is not sufficient to limit the direct taking of sugar to prevent tooth decay. Today, the sucrose has become the essential ingredient in many foods. It is found in soft drinks, in confectionery, in Pastine and even breakfast cereals. Limiting the consumption of sweeteners is therefore a little control. Not only sugar: If it is true that the simple sugars are quickly used by the bacterial flora is equally true that foods containing complex carbohydrates can be equally hazardous. According to the latest research seems that it is more important than time spent on food in the mouth of the quantity of sugar in it.
Sugar foods may be consumed with a certain freedom provided that they are followed by an oral cleaning. It ‘also very important that power is balanced and that brings all the vitamins and minerals needed to ensure the health of dental tissues (calcium, magnesium fluoride and phosphorus in the first place).
Avoid the food “Appicicosi” sugar foods that tend to stick to teeth as the caramel is very dangerous because, as we have seen in the preceding paragraph, remain longer in the oral cavity teeth exposing the attack of acids.
Not fruit juice: the bad habit of sucking sweets or chocolates between meals and the other is a major risk factor, and because in this way increase the time spent sugar in the mouth, is difficult because they are followed by an oral hygiene.
Via free to polyalcohol and all other non-cryogenic sugar: in nature there are power-cryogenic sugars with very low or absent, others are being reproduced in a laboratory-made.
Among the more popular it is good to remember fructose and polyols. They include a lower calorie sugar, and away the danger of diabetes and obesity. But not be toxic if consumed in excess have a laxative effect.
Curiously some of these sweeteners perform even a positive effect on hearing. Consider, for example, with xylitol and with its strong antibacterial activity is able to prevent tooth decay.
Attention to your children: until the end of adolescence is more exposed to the risk of tooth decay for both constitutional factors (minor dental mineralization) and food (greater propensity to consume sugar).
At a young age is more marked sensitivity to the sweet taste, driven and amplified by the food industry that offers food very appetizing, but also very sugary. It is estimated that within 6 years of age, nearly two thirds of children develop at least one cavity.
The parents can try to educate the palate of the child by reducing the sugar content in foods made at home. In any case, without depriving the child too, it is essential to impose and teach the importance of proper oral hygiene.
Accustomed palate: the sensitivity and preference to the taste of sweet or salty may be educated. This process usually takes place spontaneously with age. No coincidence that data in hand, after forty years the probability of developing cavities decreases.
Even The Water Can ‘Help: Some common Italians had the bright idea of adding fluoride to’ drinking water. This mineral has a protective action on the teeth with calcium because it forms a very strong substance, which is deposited as coatings on the surface of the tooth protect them from attack. Tea, cereals and food of marine origin are good sources of fluoride. It should however be careful not to abuse it, because its excess can be as harmful, or perhaps more, of a defect. For this reason, the opportunity to add fluoride to water mineral is quite controversial.
Mastic that it is good: The mineralization of teeth is stimulated by mechanical stress of chewing. Today between juices, teas, soups and smoothies stimuli on the teeth are smaller than before. Especially during the period of growth should therefore be chewing coach, is to strengthen the teeth, and is to improve the functionality masticator.
Cosa ne dite a chewing gum? Although chewing gum can not and must not replace the cleaning of the teeth with toothbrush and floss may have some usefulness in the prevention of caries. Preferred those containing protective substances such as fluoride or xylitol, obviously to avoid those containing sugar.
The chewing of chewing gum stimulates salivation, which, as we know, contains antibacterial substances and stimulates the pH balance of oral alkalinization.
Summarizing the contents of this article we can conclude by stating that: “A ‘healthy nutrition and balanced associated with good oral hygiene is the best way to protect your teeth and remove the risk of tooth decay“

All medical books mention the famous description of the illness of a kiss, a ‘viral infection transmitted by saliva otherwise known as mononucleosis. But the imagination is a widespread popular belief that anyone who kisses his wife before going to work “campaign” 5 years older than those who do not. It is true that a kiss for 60 seconds ago we consume 60 calories.
It becomes difficult for what is absolutely charming, imagine to include in the dietary recommendations long passionate kisses to be consumed, perhaps, instead of meals, even if not a few people who extol the benefits of a kiss from an aesthetic point of view: kiss puts in motion almost 30 muscles and apparently has the power to slow down the formation of facial wrinkles. An imaginative accountant is even dedicated to counting the average time that in a lifetime, you go kissing. Adding up all the seconds, the result is two weeks of uninterrupted kiss. Then those who want to discover all the secrets of this, there are special schools in the United States to kiss.
Here, singles and couples can take intensive courses that last a day and cost from 125 to $ 225. The school in question, if someone is interested, lies precisely in Seattle committee in Washington. As mentioned above and for all that we could tell, no one can dispute that the words sung by Arthur “Dooley” Wilson in unforgettable ilm Casablanca: “a kiss is just a kiss, a kiss is just a kiss.

Fear of tackling dental care is a very common problem; although most of the population regularly goes to the dentist or your hygienist, the 5-10% has a fear so great, that you see only when the pain became unbearable. Although only a small fraction of patients is affected by this terrible form of extreme anxiety, about 70% of the population, according to an investigation, clearly afraid to set foot in a dental clinic.
But now it is possible to overcome the anxiety through the use of equipment specifically designed for dentists and dental hygienists to be able to create in the patient a conscious sedation using nitrous oxide. The sedative and analgesic effect of nitrous oxide was discovered in the nineteenth century. In the U.S. and in many other countries (England, Australia, and Scandinavia) over 50% of dentists and hygienists use it regularly. Through a small nasal mask is given a mixture of oxygen and nitrous oxide percentages customized to achieve full sedation.
The machines do not allow, however, the supply of pure protoxide but there is always and mixing with oxygen! Early start after a few breaths the effect: a feeling of lightness and relaxation, the patient reaches a condition of complete, while remaining conscious and master of its meaning. Fears and tensions are transformed into a comforting feeling of safety. The patient can relax completely, leaving space their pleasant thoughts, as time passes on the fly. After the session, the patient still is breathing for about five minutes of ‘pure oxygen. When the effect of the gas has disappeared completely, the patient leaves the study alone dental and physical and mental conditions perfectly normal. Nitrous oxide is an ‘aid for the treatment of children fearful because, thanks to strong action relaxing and anxiolytic gas, about eighty percent of children who refuse dental treatment can be treated.
The inhalation conscious sedation is a completely safe because it does not cause allergies, is not metabolized by the body but simply removed with breathing, is not irritating or even toxic. The method is not indicated in children less than three years in the handicapped who can not breathe voluntarily with the nose, in the first three months of pregnancy, the drug addicts and in patients treated antidepressants.

How do I avoid pain after pulling teeth? Dental past and present People had earlier partially damaged more than bits...

How do I avoid pain after pulling teeth?
Dental past and present
People had earlier partially damaged more than bits with a large number of missing teeth, so in the context of medical education, the Dental always better. Linked to this care and better the more modern and less painful methods of work of the dentists are the bits of people nowadays a lot better and become healthier. Even better nutrition plays today because of it.
When must be a tooth pulled?
Of course there are always people who might plant does not have such good teeth, or it despite all the possibilities today with the dental care is not as accurate and then get sick teeth, which must be drawn. But Malocclusions and related clips or partial or complete dentures supply as well as a disease of the teeth / tooth of a tooth can draw necessary. So tells you the dentist that a tooth pulled needs to be, then you should in retrospect, some note, so that the tooth pain after pulling not too big or perhaps not even occur.
Generally speaking, that where a tooth pulled has been an open wound remains a more or less deep hole. This hole has now inside out to heal. is of great importance also, how easy or how complicated the tooth draw is made. Has been a long time at the dental work, perhaps he had also excavated will remain pain after dental draw is not enough. Finally, in the jaw area, so to speak, an act of violence happens.
What if I have a pain after pulling teeth to do, how can I avoid this?
It is important in any case that the wound is kept clean, otherwise bacteria and dirt in the wound may occur. Possible and extremely useful – and, above all, cheaper than expensive Mouth rinse water from the pharmacy – are washouts with camomile tea. Always take another sip and the point of the hole on rinse. Are well expressed chamomile tea bag, which is a few minutes on the wound can create over and over again shared. An Ice pack from the outside on the cheek lay helps prevent any swelling or it helps decongestant.
If it should go for a few days to avoid the relevant page / body to chew. The best meals are nicely pureed meals, soups and other soft foods. Immediately behind the mouth rinse.
Is pain and because they are unpleasant and annoying, then you can – is usually prescribed by the doctor – a painkiller use.
Generally, 1-2 days after the worst pains are over, but you should be good one week something to be cautious with food, which require strong chew.

The dental implant is used if a specific tooth under no circumstance can be maintained longer.
The implant is attached to a Screw device and adhesions after complete a very good grip. The screw is implanted in the jaw bone, where it within three months with a deformed jaw bones should be. At the time of the invasion, the body burden and the implant regularly with solution rinsed thoroughly.
The implant is permanently preserved, if not immediate bone by other external influences injured. Obviously are also several dental implants in a series possible. The implant is not a cash benefit if no dental insurance contracts have been completed; the patient must pay for his implant themselves.
One problem is implanted in its own little bone. The implant may not deform and does not stop in the jaw. To counteract this, the possibility of a Bone formation, however, this treatment is a very lengthy process.
An implant will be in either local anesthesia or general anesthesia used. Is a very anxious patients, the anesthetic highly recommended. The dental implant can heal after successful treatment as a separate tooth. Also here is a biannual review by the dentist’s important because any complications are recognized early, in order to receive the implant.
One possible complication is the shrinkage of one’s own bones. Here is a risk that the implant no more secure hold in the jaw and in the worst case fails.
Join gingival inflammation or pain in the area at implantation, is the way to the dentist immediately displayed to the complaints, and to treat.

Some people love the tips of tobacco smoke particularly coming from a pipe, but not from a person’s breath. In the case of cigarettes I have not heard anyone comment on the beautiful aroma either left in their hair or their clothes after a night out, or even the smoke from a puff of a cigarette stick.
That is the nuisance of cigarette smoke that it is now forbidden to smoke in public places. People who regularly smoke stale cigarettes are sensitive to bad breath caused by the smoke and nicotine left in their mouths. To non-smokers often the smoker’s breathe smells like stale ash-trays and can be a social problem for nicotine addicts.
