Author: visionofsuccess

What’s the fastest way to success? Find a mentor.

And not just any mentor; but someone who’s “been there, done that”. In every industry there are always people that have achieved what you are hoping to achieve yourself. The key to success if finding those mentors, and following what they did. Mimic their actions and you have a sure-fire way to the top.

Once you’ve connected with a top mentor, there are other things you can do to ensure your success. Having a mentor is a great starting point. But having the systems in place to handle the business are also important.

1. Study the business side. As a photographer, I understand that part of the fun of owning a studio is photographing. That’s what your passion is. But never forget you are running a business, and the business has to be kept in order. If your business doesn’t stay in business, you won’t be able to continue photographing. So make it a part of your daily process to study how to make your business a better business.

2. Implement marketing structure. If you’ve ever known a photographer that has gone out of business, chances are its because he didn’t have enough paying clients in his studio. You can be good at photographing, but you have to be even better at marketing. Marketing is what brings the people through your doors, and ultimately turns them into paying clients. Concentrate on becoming the best marketer possible.

3. Evaluate production. In every business, there’s always something you do well, and something you would prefer never to do. Every business owner wears a multitude of hats throughout the day. But a great business owner learns how to release the hats that make her miserable, and concentrate on what she does best. So if you hate accounting, hire a bookkeeper. If you hate marketing, hire a consultant. If you hate production, hire an employee. Releasing your “hate” jobs will free up time to spend doing things you love to do, and will ultimately make you better at the business.

4. Plan, plan, plan. A great business owner will have a plan in place, and know where the business is heading. She will know her goals, and monitor them throughout the year to make sure she’s on track. If planning has never been easy for you, make it easy. Your plan doesn’t have to be more than a page of notes. Just describe your goals for the business, and create the steps that it will take to get you to your goals.

5. Search for knowledge. Your business is like a jigsaw puzzle. It has hundreds of tiny pieces that fit together, and it’s your job to finish the puzzle. Everyone starts with the first piece, and connects it to another. And continues to build from there. The only way to add another piece to your puzzle is to find out a new piece of information that will make the connection. So learn what you can, and study from the best.

You’ll be amazed at what you can create.

Author: jonsav So you have a small apartment. You are possibly wondering, how do I make my small space look...

Author: jonsav

So you have a small apartment. You are possibly wondering, how do I make my small space look comfortable and inviting with out looking cluttered? I have your answer. Actually several answers.

First of all start with looking around, notice the placement of windows and which way the light reflects in the rooms during different times of day. You do not want to blind someone, who could possibly be visiting, by that stunning sunset. Also look at your current furniture and the colors that it is or is not. Some colors can make a room look small, clinical and cold.

Good warm toned colors also make it more comfortable for you to live there. Browns, Reds, Yellows, and Oranges are great colors to open up space and make the room warm and inviting. Use accent rugs to help with the addition of colors as some Landlords do not allow you to paint. Sofa Covers are a great way to add color and save from wear and tear on your furniture.

When choosing a color scheme please note that you should choose something that is easy to clean i.e., browns and grays. White is not a good choice, unless you plan on never really living in your place.

Try to look at the big picture, small living rooms mean that you shouldn?t get a sectional sofa. Instead try a small love seat or futon couch. Not only does the futon couch help with space but it can be converted to a bed for those single room apartments.

If you are on a budget and don?t want to get rid of your current bed and you are in a studio apartment try a bed that looks like a bunk bed with out the lower bunk. That way you can store your dress and other articles under the bunk and enclose it with a curtain and no one can see your unmade bed up top. This is very useful for bachelors.

Try creating rooms with the use of decorative screens. It can make a single room look like two or more rooms are there. Also remember your curtains, they should be allowing the light in, the more light you allow in the bigger the space looks.

Use a small bistro table as a dining table. It is intimate and makes for a great coffee talk spot. If you are lucky enough to have some one in your apartment remember to always hide your laundry. Laundry laying around makes the apartment appear cluttered and small.

Plants are a great way to make your room appear bigger. Try hanging them from the ceiling or by using hooks on the wall. Don?t forget the importance of mirrors. The use of mirrors can make your small apartment look large. Use a focal point and angle your mirror towards it, it gives the illusion of depth.

Most importantly make sure you always have a clean space, it is always bigger when it is clean.

Ok so now you have gone and cleaned, you are noticing that the apartment still looks small. Question your storage. You need some ideas for storage you say? Well I am full of them.

Look around and if you notice you have lots of magazines lying around get yourself a magazine holder. It is a handy little box that is decorative to your specific likes and it cleans up your tables of clutter.

Get your self a footrest that has storage inside of it. It is nice for when the surprise guest comes over and you need to store something quickly. A coffee table with storage underneath it is also a wise choice. The more storage you have that isn?t added clutter makes your life easier.

Wall shelves help to eliminate tabletop mess. Put your collectible gnomes on a small wall shelf and look at all the free space you have just created for yourself.

All of the suggestions presented here to you are easy do it yourself projects. You can get most of these easy to use items at your local all purpose store and hardware store.

When a business is in startup mode, usually the entrepreneur looks for ways to cut costs while obtaining all of...

When a business is in startup mode, usually the entrepreneur looks for ways to cut costs while obtaining all of the necessary objectives to run their business.

In the case of a voice talent, building a home recording studio is paramount to their success and fundamental to conducting business on a daily basis.

That being said, a voice talent entrepreneur’s highest expense when getting started is the equipment to build their home recording studio. Ideally, a professional-grade home recording studio comprises of a computer, recording and editing software, a professional microphone, a microphone stand, head phones, mixing board, speakers (to hear the balance of your mix with), and a proper room to record in. This recording studio, or room, may be a full-out sound booth or a spare bedroom depending on the resources available to the voice talent.

To give us an idea of what’s out there, professional recording studios are worth tens of thousands of dollars. The most expensive recording studios cost well over 1 million dollars to construct.

On average, a professional-grade home recording studio costs in the neighborhood of $10,000 to $25,000. Smaller project studios or freelance voice talent home studios could range between $2,500 to $5,000, brand new.

Regardless of industry sector or creative background prior to the start of an imminent voice career, the purchase of a professional-grade home recording studio is the largest, most tangible investment that will be made in the life of a voice-over career.

The equipment, once purchased by the business owner, becomes a hard asset, and if need be, can be sold in order to raise funds to purchase newer, more efficient equipment in the future.

Keep in mind that these hard assets are also subject to depreciation. In Canada, computers and electronic equipment depreciate at 50% a year. That’s quite a hefty sum, meaning that a new piece of equipment could depreciate significantly in less than 3 years.

When someone is in the market to buy gently used recording studio equipment, the odds that they will be getting a great deal and equipment in good condition are definitely in their favor. There are many places that buy and sell used equipment ranging from the local newspaper classifieds to online listings on eBay.

There is no shortage of second-hand equipment looking for a good home, that’s for certain, but how can you tell if the equipment is worth the asking price and if it will happily meet your needs?

First off, always be sure to seek out photographs of the object you are interested in. If you are networking locally with someone, setup a meeting to evaluate the equipment in person, including a test-drive of what the piece can do for you and how it operates.

Check for scratches, dents, loose items, and quality. Brand names the likes of Shure, Neumann, and Digi002 are high-end whereas a microphone from an all-purpose electronics store in the mall may be less professional.

Ask where the item was purchased, how much it was purchased for, and when it was purchased. Knowing these variables will give you the leverage you need to decide whether the price for the equipment is fair or way off base. You can also request a copy of the original receipt.

Ask for original boxes, warranties, and user guides. This documentation will prove that you are purchasing from the original owner.

Some manufacturers offer “transfer of ownership” papers allowing you to benefit from free software and hardware upgrades or promotions in the future. The serial number would then be registered under the purchasers name, thus making you eligible to receive bonuses and free upgrades by virtue of your business dealings.

Your return on investment will be evident in good usage of your equipment. As long as you are learning how to use it, you will get something out of it.

When performing exercises, be it weight lifting for building and toning muscles or cardio exercises for endurance and to reduce weight, most people do not dostretching exercises adequately even though stretching exercises can be performed by anyone at any age unless that person has some physical disability to stretch. Many even do not stretch before and after exercising.

?What are the benefits of stretching exercises?

Stretching and limbering up is an important aspect of exercising and should be a part of any exercise program. There are many benefits when you stretch regularly.Stretching exercises not only help you to warm up and cool down during your workouts, it can actually help your muscles to grow bigger and stronger too. Bet this is something new to you eh?

This is because stretching lengthens your muscles and thus giving your muscle fibers a greater range of motion when lifting weights. So in effect, it recruits more muscle fibers and thus causing your muscles to grow stronger and bigger from your weight training.

Furthermore, stretching your muscles after an intensive workout will reduce muscle sore know as DOMS (delayed onset muscle sore) which usually occurs a day after your workout.

Performing stretching exercises before your workout or participation in a physically demanding sporting event will also reduce your chances of injuries and muscle cramps which will certainly wreck your activity.

When performed regularly, stretching exercises will help you gain agility which will make your daily chores more pleasant and if you play sports, you will notice your agility is much better than others who do not stretch. This will put you in a more beneficial position against your opponents.

?Stretching Exercises Anti Aging Benefits

If you are a baby boomer and age is catching up, this agility will make your life so much more pleasurable because you do not have stiff muscles and joints unlike your peers who do not stretch. Thisanti aging benefit from stretching regularly is priceless.

What is more, you can stretch anytime any where as and when you like. Stretching exercises need not necessary be limited as a pre and post workout activity. So start a stretching routine and make it part of your everyday activity. Then very soon, you will enjoy the pleasures and wonderfulanti aging benefits a regular stretching routine can bring you.

Author: JACKIE What will happen if you are a competent, talented, and compassionate Yoga teacher, without enough dedicated students? Here...

Author: JACKIE

What will happen if you are a competent, talented, and compassionate Yoga teacher, without enough dedicated students? Here is a simple answer: Don’t quit your “day job” and don’t open a Yoga studio of your own. Sorry to be so blunt, but you need time to grow your following.

When, or if, you develop a following as an independent contractor, then and only then, think about opening a Yoga center. This is not meant to be harsh, but there are enough Yoga centers with poor business skills to go around, and you don’t need to lose every penny you saved without developing sound business plans.

Therefore, please take time to develop a Yoga business plan with goals and estimated time frames. Unfortunately, I have seen too many Yoga studios open with a “one month plan.” Can you imagine opening an ashram without a telephone, getting caught up in zoning board complications, or just hoping for the best? One poorly organized Yoga studio makes all Yoga teachers look bad, and leaves the public thinking every Yoga studio is like that.

How do you feel when you go to a deli for the 20th time and the counter help tries to avoid you? Do you feel like going back again, when, half the time, they get your order wrong? Where am I going with this?

Every Yoga studio should have an appointed person for customer service and public relations. Yoga teachers should know all of their students’ names “by heart.” If you ignore your Yoga students, there is no reason for them to stay. They will feel unwelcome and unworthy. One of the worst ways to handle a student / teacher relationship is to ignore a Yoga student.

Be careful of perceptions that make you feel like you are better than your Yoga students. Remember that your students pay you to teach Yoga. You should treat them like your best friends. How many of your friends are paying for your meals, car, mortgage, or your vacations? Your Yoga students are “number one.”

Doing the “little extras,” keeps Yoga students. When a student has a question, it is your job to give an informed answer; and if you do not have one, consult with a senior or master Yoga teacher. If you are not a “people person,” do not become a Yoga teacher.

Make sure that the person who answers your phone loves people. You can’t keep a Yoga studio open with a grumpy receptionist. The receptionist is their initial “gate keeper” of a Yoga studio, and for Yoga students, that gate should be held open with a wide smile.

Each Yoga studio should be a haven for students to find what they seek, without putting up with inferior service. They face far too much of it, outside the Yoga class. You should know the needs of your students and promise only what you can deliver.

Author: Joseph Lizio One of the biggest struggles I had in starting my business was actually coming up with the...

Author: Joseph Lizio

One of the biggest struggles I had in starting my business was actually coming up with the idea. I wanted something that was scalable as well as needed in our society. I combed through hundreds of ideas before settling on my current venture. Through this discovery period, I uncovered what I believe are the five most important concepts in determining what makes the perfect business idea.

So, what is a perfect idea? Each individual entrepreneur has their concept of the perfect business. While Google is a great business for the founders of that company – it may not be a great business for others that are non-tech savvy or who do not want to run such a large organization.

Therefore, each perfect business is defined by the business owners. Keeping this in mind, let’s start on my five concepts of finding the perfect business:

Number One – Understanding your customer: This might seem strange to start here as how do you know your customers before you have a business idea in place. The answer is simple – your customers make the business, therefore without customers there is no business. If you have a business idea don’t try to develop the idea around what YOU think potential customers will like or need, but find out what your customers actually desire. Too often business owners get an idea in their head and jump right in with both feet. However, they soon find out that their target market does not want what they are offering. Spending both time and money on a project just to see it languish is not the perfect business idea.

Moreover, let’s say you don’t already have an idea – getting out and understand consumers (those who will eventually become your customers) may lead you to the perfect idea. Knowing what potential consumers need and building products to meets those needs will get customers beating a path to your door – that is a perfect business idea.

Number Two – Passion: Passion here does not mean being fanatical about your product or service. But, it does mean having some interest in what you do. More times than not, you will be spending 15 to 18 hours a day working on your business in the beginning – usually for the first 12 to 18 months (more like 2 years in this economy). You have to constantly be thinking about ways to improve and grow your business as well as be out talking about it to everyone, everywhere. If you end up starting a venture that you don’t have passion for, something that does not make you jump out of bed each morning, it will be very hard to put in the hours and energy to make it successful – thus not a perfect business idea.

Number Three – Understand Your Competition: Every business has competition – either direct or indirect. Think about movie theaters. They have direct competition from video rental stores or at home television. They also have indirect competition from any other activity that consumers spend their disposable income on like bowling, paint ball, golf, etc. Anything that people do in their spare time.

Further, some competitors are ruthless. Meaning that if you promote and offer a product that is similar to theirs but at a lower price, these competitors will just lower their price to match or beat you. If they are already established businesses – they may be able to undercut your price enough to drive you out of business.

If you don’t know your competition – what they are willing to do to keep you out of their market – you may be spending more of your time in a pricing war then growing your business – not the perfect business idea.

Number Four – Cash Flow: Lots of entrepreneurs enter the business world with great ideas but very poor understanding of the capital it will take to get their venture off the ground. Most will prototype their product or service and understand what it takes to make the product or provide the service but they don’t understand the capital it takes to manage the rest of the organization – including marketing (very expensive but extremely necessary), employees (more than just salaries or wages), insurance or supplies and all the little miscellaneous expenses that add up very quickly like phone, internet, computer services, etc. Knowing your total cash flow will help ensure that all of your costs (variable and fixed) can be covered by the business – the perfect business idea. I have seen way too many businesses with great products fail because they could not cover simple expenses like rent or utilities.

Number Five – You: Know who you are. Know your strengths and weaknesses. Know that you are ready, willing and able to do what it takes to make your venture a success. I have worked with many business owners in the past that think all they have to do is hang out their shingle and they have it made. Thus, when it comes down to actually running the business day-to-day – they are unwilling to invest the time, energy or money necessary for success. Thus, know how hard you are willing to work.

Moreover, know your personal financial situation and what you need the business to generate to cover your lifestyle. If you think your business will pay you a great salary from day one – it will not. And, if you need it to, it is not the perfect business idea for you. Take away outside distractions like your personal financial situation – get those in order – thus, when your business concept does materialize – you will be able to solely focus on its conception and growth. In the end providing you the financial security you are seeking – it will be the perfect business idea.

Regardless of the level of your desire for your business – a lifestyle mom and pop operation or a multi-national conglomerate – if you develop a business idea with these five concepts in mind – your idea will be the perfect business idea for you.
Among the substances to be introduced with the diet the most important is vitamin c or ascorbic acid present in strawberries, kiwi, citrus, melons, khaki, black currant, asparagus, broccoli, peppers, radishes, spinach, tomatoes, potatoes, leafy vegetables green.Vitamin c is the major antioxidant present in our body to fight free radicals is important for growth, tissue repair and health of the gums, defends us from harmful effects of air pollution and damage caused by ultraviolet rays.
Vitamin c is also essential for the synthesis of collagen protein that forms the support structure of connective tissues in general and that is present in the dermis where its reduction, involves the appearance of wrinkles and visible skin relaxation.
Vitamin c is the least stable of all the vitamins, because it is easily damaged by exposure to high temperatures, sunlight and atmospheric oxygen.
In fact, vitamin c, mainly because of its easy ox disability, is one of the most sensitive nutrients, and significantly affected the cooking and processing technology, as well as the length of time elapsing between collection and consumption.
Therefore focus on ways of taking food rich in this vitamin.
In this season a dish of our tradition may help sensitive skin: pasta and tomato basil. In fact, tomatoes contain lycopene, a carotenoid red to reverse the aging of the skin protecting it from harmful solar rays, improving and protecting the compactness of collagen fibers, while the basil contains an essential oil from the many soothing properties, useful in the treatment of sensitive skin.
The tomatoes can be consumed as a juice: quenches and make very few calories.
Even as terpenes and phenols anethole, linalool, menthol, rosemary acid, cinnamaldehyde, present in the herbs commonly used to flavor foods, are excellent antioxidants and helps the skin more sensitive to deal with daily stress.
Another powerful antioxidant is vitamin a contained in eggs, milk and dairy products and liver, while the beta-carotene, which is the precursor, is found in green and yellow vegetables (carrots, broccoli, spinach, peppers, pumpkins, oranges, apricot and mango) and a place of protection for the mucosal epithelium and also promotes the synthesis of components of the skin that maintain the integrity, elasticity and hydration.
A deficiency results in dryness and hardening of the skin.
It ‘also important to take vitamin p or bioflavonoid play as a strong protective action of small capillaries.
I am more rich, cherries, blueberries, apricots, grapes and plums.
Absolutely banned those foods that dilate the blood vessel walls and then stop to spicy foods, alcohol and spicy.
It should be replaced coffee with green tea one of the most surprising sources of Flavonoid that neutralize free radicals, potentially harmful because they may encourage the emergence of problems all skin more sensible.

The manufacturers of toothpaste bleaching promise to the white and shiny teeth. An effective advertising, albeit approximate and misleading, which broadens the market.
Having white teeth and shiny is a desirable goal that pushes many to the purchase of these toothpastes for oral hygiene daily. But as so often the truth is another. With the use of toothpastes “bleaching” is evocative of abrasive effective spots on the enamel surface but with no effect on the improvement of intrinsic tooth color, which can get worse. With prolonged use of whitening toothpaste dental enamel is consumed to abrasion and tooth lose the natural translucent ezza that derives from its proper thickness. Super ficializzandosi the dentin color becomes opaque and yellowish.
Who brush your teeth regularly has no stains surface of the enamel to be eliminated, should not apply the intense action produced by abrasive toothpastes bleach, let alone for long periods of time. We dentists, on the basis of precise scientific evidence, recommend the use of toothpastes with a low index of abrasiveness.
So when you purchase toothpaste should be assessed on its index of abrasiveness. The acronym that represents the RDA, which stands for Relative Dentin Abrasivity. Above 100 this value is too high, and over time can cause damage to the enamel. A low abrasive used to polish the hard surfaces of the tooth without damaging it. Make smooth and glossy surface of the enamel prevents the formation of stains and the retention of bacterial plaque. The manufacturers of toothpaste should allow the consumer to check the index of abrasiveness, indicating on the package. But only some people do.
Who has the need for cosmetic reasons, to whiten their teeth, should know that to act on their natural color or colors internal prodottesi over time, be applied to specific substances based carbammide peroxide or hydrogen peroxide. Professional techniques we use in our studies allow the transferring of such controlled substances on teeth and in a predictable change their color, making them actually more white and bright, without any danger of damage.

The snow, the waiting has finally arrived, and with it the desire to take a week or just a weekend...

The snow, the waiting has finally arrived, and with it the desire to take a week or just a weekend of skiing and hiking in the snow. To disconnect from everyday life, oxygen, and, why not tan. The sun at high altitude, however, is stronger and potentially more harmful than it takes to the sea in summer. And the risk sunburn, but not only, is always around the corner. To address this winter sun safely we must never forget to protect the skin from sunlight and to take specific precautions.
We spoke with Dr. Roberta Lovreglio, dermatologist, head of Ambulatory Oncologico League of Dermatological Tumori in Bari
WHY THE SUN IN WINTER, A High, is a particularly insidious?
For several reasons. First Mountain ultraviolet rays penetrate more easily in epidermis because they are more powerful and abundant. The intensity of solar radiation increases with increasing altitude, while the atmospheric pressure is reduced, thereby diminishing its power filter. To make things worse then it puts the glare of snow, which should be reflected radiation strikes the skin, not only from above but also from the bottom up, a little ‘like a boat where you reflect on the UV water’s surface. The damage of the sun is then the sum of the wind and cold, making the skin more sensitive and reduces the normal barrier hydrolipidic favoring irritation or cracking which in turn increases the vulnerability to sunlight. The temperatures are particularly hard because they also have harmful effects “anesthetic” and alter the perception of heat on the skin, exposing even more dangerous to the risk of burns. So, never exposed to the sun without adequate protection.CONSEQUENCES OF INADEQUATE PROTECTION?
As well as the traditional burns, including erythematic, skin blemishes of various kinds, rhagades, worsening already existing spots. But even without burning, if there is a duty to protect the joint action of the trio sun-cold wind inevitably causes dehydration, which can lead to a disillusionment of the skin, facilitating the formation of wrinkles and accelerating photo aging.
FOR PROTECTION FROM SUN MOUNTAIN MAY USE THE SAME SOLAR that uses AT SEA?
Given that environmental conditions are different than summer, we want products with the ad hoc, such as to allow the skin to cope with the many environmental aggression that has brought. No a spray, gel, milk products and very fluid. Yes, instead, a cream with a good texture, sufficiently dense and fat, which also have moisturizing and soothing properties, as well as protection, to put away the skin from the cold and the disillusionment. As the sun beats, should be used always guards very high (minimum SPF 30-40) by choosing filters, chemical or physical, depending on skin type, if it is particularly fragile, the better a solar physicist with a filter, such as zinc oxide and titanium dioxide, for all other You can use a product containing a chemical filter, the more fluid and easy to apply. Until recently, the disability of the first filter was linked to the fact that they left alone ant aesthetic always a whitish skin. Today, however, there are no more excuses: the problem is resolved and there are colored filters on the market that make the cream like a foundation and making the most aesthetically pleasing. In children, who are particularly sensitive skin, would be better to focus on very opaque paste to protection. Furthermore, it must be said that while at sea, as they are tan, you can gradually switch to solar less protective; in the mountains we must always use high protection for the duration of the holiday.
SEA PRODUCTS TO BE DRAWN MORE TIMES throughout the day, WHY IS SUDA AND BATHROOMS ARE A RECOVERY. IN THE MOUNTAINS WHERE THE SITUATION is radically different, only one CAN APPLY?
No. Again, the protection should apply at least one quarter of an hour before exposure to the sun and then every 3-4 hours, to an extent to cover the entire face, eyelids and ears, including massaging well until full removals of the product, so as to enable it to fully play his moisturizer. Even in the coldest days, in fact, walking or skiing, you can perspire and perspiration can slide off the product. It is therefore important to renew the solar frequently, especially on the most sensitive nose, lips and forehead. Do not forget also the area of the eyes, which must be repaired so always good glasses anti-UV, but must also be protected from further creams with high protection. Furthermore, we must always protect your skin even when the weather is bad. The clouds, in fact, only filter out some of the ultraviolet rays and only a uniform and consistent coverage of the sky provides an effective reduction in solar radiation.
THE NEED FOR LIPS attention?
Definitely yes. Should be protected with products targeted because they are particularly sensitive. Are in fact deprived of the hydrolipidic film that covers the skin of the face and tend to wither with greater ease. In addition, the cold, the breath of water vapor that is deposited on the lips tends to freeze, further weakening. If the effect of annoying temperatures and stiff wind add that of UV rays, the results can be annoying cracks, but even more serious problems such as inflammation of the lips. To defend them, the exhaustive use lipstick and moisturizing sunscreens with high protection, or better yet, a full screen. And for extra nourishment, after a day in the open air, the optimum is to apply oil-based vitamin E, which has an effect on the restructuring mucosa.
A SPEECH IN THE DELL’HERPES is LABIALE. Who suffers WHEN IN THE MOUNTAINS, has a good chance of seeing RIAPPARIRE BOLLE annoying CAUSED BY VIRUSES. YOU MAY DEFEND IT?
Before exposure to the sun, the women who have this problem should take a preventive treatment with antiviral drugs specific follow the advice of his dermatologist (usually just 2 or 3 tablets a week before departure). Once on the snow, the lips are particularly well protected not only by sunlight, even from the cold. In the mountains, in fact, though few know it, is mainly thermal stress, rather than induced by ultraviolet light, to trigger the virus. That is why I mentioned Supercoprenti stick containing paste, made of zinc oxide. And if, despite all the precautions, the bubbles burst, however, let it run to repair the pads with anti-herpes. Goodbye to the sun.
SOME OTHER ACCORGIMENTO?
Strengthen the internal defenses of the body, preparing the skin 1-2 weeks before a vacation in the mountains taking supplements based on vitamin C, vitamin E and stimulating the production of melanin, then continuing for at least a month after the end of the holiday. These drugs, taken together, have a powerful antioxidant activity and help prevent damage of the sun’s rays, free radical and therefore photo aging. Also, remember that in the mountains the password together to protect, moisturize it. Before, during and after exposure to the sun. This means that one should not start in the snow without having applied a good cream superidratante day, but at the same time with a rich, thick texture, antic old. Moreover, the end of the day, it’s important to have good deposable, to give the skin nutrients that provide water and always maintain that the elastic.
So far we have talked about FOTOPROTEZIONE IN THE MOUNTAINS. BUT THE SKIN FROM SUN PROTECTION IS ALSO IN THE CITY, BEAUTIFUL DAY IN WINTER?
It would be better. The sunlight, in fact, although to varying degrees, has their deleterious effect on the skin all year round, in every season and any altitude. In winter, when the sky is clear, even to protect themselves from the sun on the plain is especially important for women with skin blemishes, capillaries open couperose; for the other not. However, after 30 years, almost all have at least one of these problems. The need to defend themselves in cities, where the skin is furthermore attacked by other agents such as smog and dust, and every day to prevent damage photo aging is fairly widespread. The manufacturers of cosmetics have got plenty of moisturizer on the market today already contain a solar filter. For those with sensitive skin is better to focus on medium-high protection (SPF 15) for dark-skinned may suffice an SPF 8.

The skin of the child requires a lot of attention because the stratum corneum, particularly subtle, it is not yet...

The skin of the child requires a lot of attention because the stratum corneum, particularly subtle, it is not yet able to play a protective action against external agents. In particular children must be protected from sunlight as efficiently and as soon as early childhood to prevent burns that could provide the appearance of melanoma in adulthood.
The photo protection of children should be adjusted so as to reduce the impact of sunlight on the skin. The ideal solar filter must leave intact as much as possible the natural radiation of the sun, however, lowering the intensity and allowing thus a gradual adaptation of cells photo exhibition the skin. A product of sun protection for children really effective must be made taking into account the specific characteristics of the skin infantile:• The stratum corneum and epidermis thinner that in adults;
• The barrier less effective;
• The higher skin pH
• The very low buffering capacity resulting in ease of development microbial surface.
In addition, the photo protection of the child must be carried out on the motor activity that characterizes the various segments of growth, since not walk, in its early stages, up to a very dynamic.
It ‘important, then, that the photo protection child from infancy to adolescence, and independent of the phototype of the subject, is made with high protections broad UV spectrum and is modulated by age group and not the protective factor.
